COVID-19 Safety Update
Clare Amanda Photography is currently fully open.
Please be assured that I will take every precaution to look after your personal safety during our photography journey as I am sure you will do the same for me.
Together, we'll be capturing beautiful and timeless memories of your special moments.
I take my professionalism very seriously. I am a registered member of the Guild of Photographers and adhere to their strict code of conduct. I have also conducted a risk assessment and adapted each stage of my working processes to ensure everyone’s safety (in accordance with the Government’s Covid 19 ‘Safer Working’ guidance).
COVID 19 has meant I cannot operate fully in my usual way and I am taking some additional safety measures.

COVID-19 Precautionary Measures
Services are only available outside of lockdown periods (affected-local or national) and some services may be subject to change if restrictive measures are again required, meanwhile:
All products and services must be ordered online or by telephone and paid for by online payment methods (bank transfer or PayPal).
All contracts and image releases will be issued digitally for digital signing.
All pre and post photoshoot meetings will be held either by telephone or a web conference service.
The primary and back-up photoshoot dates should be booked no less than two weeks apart.
Clients are to bring hand washing facilities or alcohol gel for all family attendees at the photoshoot and should sanitise hands before, during (if eating, drinking or touching the face) and after the photoshoot.
My hands and equipment will be sanitised before and after each photoshoot and I will wear a mask whilst indoors during your photoshoot.
I kindly ask that you wear a mask in any indoor locations during your photoshoot when you are not being photographed.
We (clients and photographer) shall maintain a 1 meter distance whenever possible, increasing to 2 meters where possible when indoors.
I will contact you by phone within 24 hours preceding your photoshoot to ensure you or any of your family do not have COVID-19 symptoms or any other communicable illness.

Locations
Based in Tadley, Hampshire, I am ideally located to cover areas within the RG postcode between Reading and Newbury (Berkshire) and Basingstoke (Hampshire) as well as the surrounding towns and villages.
I will happily travel to other areas of mainland UK, but this will incur a travel cost in addition to your session fee.
